Do you guarantee visas or admission?
No, and don't trust anyone who says they do. Official institutions make those decisions; nobody can guarantee them. Our job is to make sure your application is complete, correct and on time. We manage preparation, not luck.
How does pricing work?
After hearing your situation in the first call, we quote a clear fee, and it doesn't change during the process. Official fees (university, residence permit, etc.) are separate, and we itemize those upfront as well.
Can I start the process while still in Turkmenistan?
Yes. Most of the process runs while you're still in Turkmenistan: the consultation, plan, document preparation and applications happen remotely. For documents and translation, our partner in Turkmenistan, Takyk Terjime, supports you.
How long does the process take?
It depends on your goal and the season: university enrollment follows fixed calendars, and residence permit timelines vary with application volume. In the first call we build a realistic timeline for your specific case; we don't quote dates that won't happen.
